Perception vs. Reality: A Study of Water Quality and Student Preferences in the Lower East Side Schools

Our project tested whether students could taste the difference between bottled Poland Springs water and school water in the Lower East Side. We then tested the school waters and Poland Springs water for manganese, sulfate, Coliform Bacteria.
